ORDERING

To make things easier on both the buyer and myself, please contact me at supernovareptiles@yahoo.com. This allows me to access what you are looking for and see if I have any available of that specific cultivator. All snakes are guaranteed to be feeding on frozen/thawed mice. All babies will have the minimum of three frozen/thawed meals prior to sale. (And they will be taking these meals on their own with no help from breeder)
Reserving animals can be done. Please read deposits.



PAYMENT

All prices are listed for each snake, unless otherwise noted. Quantity discounts might be considered. Don’t be afraid to email me and ask me any questions that you might have. Most prices are negotiable; so don’t be afraid to shoot me a reasonable offer. Payment must be received in full prior to shipping.

DEPOSITS

Purchasing is on a "first come, first served" basis. I will hold an animal for five business days, with no deposit required. However, if I receive an offer for that animal in the meantime, I reserve the right to sell the animal to the buyer who has the funds available at the time. Deposits are 25% of total purchase price. All deposits are non-refundable in the event that you should change your mind before the agreed upon shipping date.

SHIPPING

I ship anywhere in the lower 48 states. All shipments are insulated and packed securely. Depending on weather, boxes are packed with heat or cold packs. Please include the resident address in which I will be shipping the snake in your email, along with a contact phone number.

I ship Mondays thru Wednesdays only. This cuts the chances of a package being held up over the weekend which can be fatal to a reptile.

I guarantee live arrival on all shipments and I guarantee that all animals are healthy and feeding on their own. The live arrival guarantee is only valid on first delivery attempt.

All shipments are subject to any possible weather delays. I will watch the weather closely from my area to yours, and if I feel its unsafe for the shipment, I will push it back to a date that I feel is better suited to safe travel of the snakes.



No shipments will be made between December 1st and January 10th, to avoid potential shipping problems due to holiday traffic and heavy item loads.
